My name is Phương (เฟือง) Nguyễn, a Vietnamese architect with over 20 years of experience in professional architectural design practice in Vietnam. Early next year, I plan to expand my business to Thailand and establish partnerships with several Thai developers. Therefore, I am seeking a local part-time Thai architect who is interested in working in a multi-disciplinary role, not limited to architecture but also involving business aspects. Below are the initial qualifications for those who may be interested: (What) • Job Description: Assistant Architect & Personal Assistant • Type of Employment: Part-time job, with an hourly wage rate or lump-sum rate. • Review and Negotiation: Performance reviews and negotiations will occur every 6 months. • Incentives: Incentive structures will be discussed on a per-project basis. (What You Will Do) • Conduct conceptual designs and preliminary studies for new developments from various clients. • Manage correspondences with clients on my behalf. • Handle management-related issues and documentation. • Occasional international travel may be required for business trips, primarily for study purposes. (When to Start) • The position will commence in January 2024 (next year). (Where to Work) • This is a hybrid role, with a combination of work-from-home (WFH) and on-site requirements. The on-site working place is located near Mo-chit BTS station. (What We Are Looking For) • Newly graduated candidates are welcome; no prior experience is required.
