To accommodate an expanding number of projects with varying typologies and scales, we are seeking talented designers who are critical thinkers, highly motivated, and passionate about creativity and design with the ability to translate ideas into visuals, models, and drawings.   Please submit your cv, portfolio, job title (no larger than 10mb) to  contact@creative-territories.com   Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years post-graduate work with on site experience at renowned architectural design firms, developing and managing projects to a high quality from concept to construction and construction administration phases. Clear communication skills, a systematic approach to design, teamwork mindset, excellent graphic abilities, design coordination and construction knowledge are essential. Qualifications: Architects - Bachelor Degree (or equivalent professional degree) in Architecture  - 3-6 years minimum post-graduate experience  - Strong conceptual, graphic and design abilities with clear communication skills - Working Drawings and Construction Detailing knowledge  - Material Sourcing knowledge - Ability to work collaboratively with team members and consultants.  - Ability to deliver within tight time frames - Fluency in English; Bilingualism a plus - Strong computer aided design skills , solid model making experience, Revit experience is a plus Compensation is commensurate with experience.
