Duties: • Work and lead a design team to develop solutions and ideas for various types of architecture, urban planning and other related design opportunities • Generate hand and computer drawings for study of design ideas within team setting, as well as story boards and material studies. • Technical proficiency in developing details and material studies and documentation. • Produce CAD and 3D drawings for development of design solutions and final presentations, as well as supporting material for design solutions. • Coordinate with regional teams for effective project delivery. • Interact with clients, meetings and design presentations. Qualifications: • 10+ years related experience in an architectural firm. • Highly proficient working knowledge of AutoCad, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop and Rhino are required. Grasshopper, 3D Studio Max and REVIT is a plus. • Strong planning abilities and have the ability to mentor team members, offer guidance and leadership. • A good working knowledge of materials and connectivity to the vendor network. • Built examples of architectural projects; mixed-use, commercial office, etc. • Good team spirit. Strong sense of personal responsibility and dedication to their work and the work of their team. • Fluent in written and spoken Thai and English languages.
